Escrow on booking
When a student pays, we hold it. Neither side can touch it before the lesson.

The lesson is the proof
The video server records actual call time. Past half the scheduled length, settlement releases automatically.

Paid out on request
Request a payout from your earnings page and it reaches your registered account within 2 business days. Minimum $50 β international transfers cost $15β30 each, so there is a floor.

Can anyone teach?+
Anyone can sign up. To appear in the listing you need identity verification and a one-minute intro video review. With a Korean teaching certificate you get a 'Certified teacher' badge; without one you can still open conversation lessons as a 'Community tutor'.
What if a student no-shows?+
If you joined and the student doesn't appear within 15 minutes, the full lesson fee settles to you. If a teacher doesn't show, the student is fully refunded, and repeat offences push the teacher down in rankings.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Students cancelling more than 24 hours ahead get a full refund. After that, 50% goes to the teacher β compensation for the time held open.
Could the fee go up later?+
The rate at the time of booking is locked to that lesson. Policy changes never apply retroactively to bookings already made.
